The company was founded by Mr. Peshraw Majid Agha, born in Erbil in 1966. As an aspiring young man, he settled down in Sweden where he was responsible for operating a large-scaled import/export business. He returned to Erbil in 1999 where he founded Falcon Group, a multi-faceted firm with particular focus on the reconstruction of Iraq and the Kurdish Region. Not only has Mr. Agha succeeded in numerous and fruitful business endeavors, he has also made his mark in governmental positions to include Information Officer for the Minister of Foreign Affairs (2003) and Security Consultant to the Minister of Municipalities (2004).

Mr. Agha recognized the need for 100% Iraqi owned business ventures and opened the Falcon Group comprised of seven companies rapidly becoming one of the largest privately owned groups of companies involved in the many market sectors or the Rebuild Iraq Program.
